PRACTICE/EXPERIENCE
Ms. Balasbas has represented plaintiffs as well as defendants in a variety of civil litigation arenas, including personal injury (plaintiff and defense), employment law, wage & hour disputes, Industrial Insurance Act claims and real estate matters including land use and boundary disputes.

Prior to joining Johnson, Graffe, Keay, Moniz & Wick, Ms. Balasbas was an intern with the Washington State Supreme Court and served as a law clerk for the Pacific Foundation, in the Pacific Northwest office.

Ms. Balasbas has resided in Washington State since 1993.

Ms Balasbas is admitted to practice in the State of Washington and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
