THOMAS P. McCURDY

PRACTICE/EXPERIENCE
Mr. McCurdy represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad civil litgation practice. He represents healthcare providers in the defense of medical malpractice claims, and in licensing matters. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions. Prior to joining Johnson, Graffe, Keay, Moniz & Wick, Mr. McCurdy's practice focused on complex tort litigation with an emphasis on product liability matters.

BACKGROUND
Born in Seattle, Mr. McCurdy has resided in the Puget Sound area for the majority of his life. Mr. McCurdy practiced law in Los Angeles before he and his family returned to the Puget Sound area in 2009. He is licensed to practice in California, Washington, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for Western Washingon.
