PRACTICE/EXPERIENCE
Mr. Waters has a broad civil litigation background, which focuses on the defense of employers in alleged employment discrimination matters, and the defense of hospitals and individual health care providers in cases of alleged medical malpractice. He also represents individual health providers in Department of Health investigations.

Mr. Waters has been selected as a “Rising Star” by Washington Super Lawyers.
